When will my job ticket be debited?
The monthly fee is generally debited from your account within the first four working days of each respective billing period (month).
How can I change my bank details?
Please contact the department responsible for this (generally the human resources department, the works council, etc.) at your company and inform them of the new bank details. They will then inform us for billing purposes.
Can I change the debit date of the job ticket?
Regrettably, we are unable to change the direct debit details as we are bound by the invoicing procedures of the respective transport company. However, you have the option of making an advance payment (e.g. when you receive your salary).

II have cancelled my job ticket. Why has my current account still been debited?
Since we are a financial service provider, we receive details of the job tickets to be billed from the respective employers. You must submit your cancellation to your employer since they are the contractual party in the agreement with the respective transport association.
