MyLOGPAY is the customer portal of LOGPAY Transport Services GmbH. The customer portal includes a secure, personalised area where you can independently manage your own fuel cards and contract details. Documents, invoices, etc. can also be stored here, which you can then view and download.

The Terms of Use of MyLOGPAY are an integral part of the contract. As a contractual party, you must accept the validity of the terms of use, otherwise you will not be able to enter into the contract for the use of MyLOGPAY.
Changes to a customer’s master data can be made solely by LOGPAY. For this purpose, you can contact your customer service agent directly or submit a request using the contact form in your MyLOGPAY interface.
If you have not specified a separate shipping address, your fuel cards will be invariably sent to the company address you specified when entering into the contract. If you have specified a separate fixed shipping address, it will be listed in the General Information section. If you would like to specify a different one-time shipping address for a card order, you can enter this address in the Fuel Card Management section when ordering the new fuel card.

You have the option of inviting other people with predefined roles and rights to MyLOGPAY via the user administration. After successful registration, these new users can then log in with their own access data.
All fuel cards issued for the selected customer number are displayed.
In the detailed view of the selected fuel card, simply click the ‘Block’ button to block the respective fuel card.
For the details of a fuel card, simply go to the Card Management section and select the relevant fuel card.
You can order a new fuel card in the Card Management section.
If you manage several customer numbers, all customer numbers are automatically displayed and can be selected. All the customer numbers you specified in the application form for use of the customer portal will be listed.
