The LOGPAY Card 4U represents a non-cash benefit that is free of both tax and social security contributions,* which a company can give its employees as a perk.
The monthly transaction limit is established by the company. Employees can then use the LOGPAY Card 4U to refuel or pay for car washes at more than 10,000 acceptance points in Germany.

An order for the LOGPAY Card 4U for a company’s employees can only be placed by a designated person at the said company. Company employees cannot themselves place an order for a card with LOGPAY.
The LOGPAY Card 4U can only be used with the associated PIN. The LOGPAY Card 4U and the associated PIN are sent separately by post to the designated person at the company. This person will then arrange for them to be passed on to the respective employee. Delivery to an employee’s private address is not possible.
The LOGPAY Card 4U is valid for three years. However, the company can disable an issued fuel card at any time if it is no longer needed.
The fuel card can be used throughout Germany, across the entire LOGPAY Transport Services GmbH acceptance network, which can be accessed using the LOGPAY CHARGE&FUEL App available on Apple’s App Store and Google Play. LOGPAY’s multi-brand acceptance network comprises more than 10,000 service stations in Germany, including well-known brands such as ARAL, Total, Esso, AVIA, JET, Star, HEM and Westfalen, as well as many other regional providers and supermarket service stations.
There is currently no way for you to check the credit balance on the LOGPAY Card 4U. However, we aim to continuously improve our products and are working on a solution.
Use of a different postal address is not permitted. Generally, the LOGPAY Card 4U is only sent to the designated person at the registered company address.
In principle, yes, it is possible to purchase AdBlue with your fuel card. However, some acceptance partners assign AdBlue to a different product category, which may result in your fuel card being declined at the point of acceptance.
Only the employer can determine the maximum monthly transaction limit. Please be advised that LOGPAY does not provide any fiscal advice, that the permissibility of the LOGPAY Card 4U under fiscal and social security law must be checked independently, and that the employer must seek relevant advice if needed and coordinate with the competent tax and/or social security authorities. LOGPAY shall not be liable for any differing fiscal assessment by the competent tax or social security authority.
If the fuel card’s monthly transaction limit is no longer sufficient for the transaction, the full payment is declined and the amount must be otherwise paid (e.g. in cash or by debit or credit card). In order to make full use of the monthly transaction limit, the remaining amount must not be exceeded when refuelling. Despite the fuel card being declined, the remaining part of the transaction limit remains available until the end of the month and can be used the next time the card holder refuels or washes their car.
Any remaining amount of the transaction limit cannot be carried over to the next month. The unused amount expires at the end of the month.
In the event of replacing the card or ordering a new one, the new monthly transaction limit will again apply in full. Transactions already made with the previous card cannot be carried over to a new LOGPAY Card 4U.
Please contact the hotline number that appears on the back of the card, naming the service station involved. It could be that either the monthly transaction limit has been reached, the remaining amount of the transaction limit would have been exceeded by the refuelling transaction or the validity period of the fuel card has expired.
If your fuel card no longer works, please contact your employer directly. Your employer will then contact LOGPAY directly to disable the no longer functioning card (sperren@logpay.de) and, if needed, order a new fuel card and PIN.
In the event of loss or theft, the designated person at your company must contact LOGPAY directly at sperren@logpay.de to disable the card.
Loyalty points for the schemes endorsed by the respective service stations (such as Payback at Aral, DeutschlandCard at Esso, etc.) cannot be collected.
The LOGPAY Card 4U cannot be used to charge electric or hybrid vehicles or to pay for a charging session.
