1. Tap the ‘Log in’ button on the login page.
2. Tap the ‘Reset password’ button.
3. Enter the email address associated with the Charge&Fuel account.
4. Tap the ‘Send code’ button. A code will be sent to the applicable email address.
5. Enter the code you received.
6. Create an appropriate new password (at least 12 characters, including three of the four requirements: capital letters, small letters, numbers and special characters).
7. Click the ‘Save new password’ button.
User is logged in
1. Tap ‘Account’ on the home page.
2. Tap ‘My account’.
3. Tap ‘Change password’.
4. Enter your current password.
5. Create a new password.
6. Tap ‘Save new password’.
Please note that you cannot reset passwords for third-party accounts in the Charge&Fuel App. To do this, please visit the website of the third-party provider.

Create an account in the Charge&Fuel App
1. Open the Charge&Fuel App and tap the ‘Create account’ button.
2. Enter an email address and an appropriate password (at least 12 characters, including three of the four requirements: capital letters, small letters, numbers and special characters) and tap the ‘Next’ button.
3. A verification code will be sent to the applicable email address. Enter the verification code in the Charge&Fuel App. Tap the ‘Verify email address’ button.
4. Enter your first name and surname and tap the ‘Create’ button (please note that this step is optional and can be skipped by tapping the ‘Skip’ button at top right).
Once you have completed all the above steps, you will be automatically logged in to the Charge&Fuel App.
Resolving an issue due to created account being incomplete (you must know the password you created for this account)
1. Tap the ‘Log in’ button on the login page.
2. Enter the email address and password you supplied when you created the account.
3. If the password is correct, the following notification will be displayed: ‘Please check your inbox’.
4. If you have received the email, enter the verification code. If you have not received an email, tap ‘Resend verification code’.
5. Once you have received the code and entered it, tap ‘Next’.
Create an account – third-party provider
1. Open the Charge&Fuel App and tap the selected third-party provider.
2. The Charge&Fuel App will redirect you to the third-party provider’s website where you can tap ‘Create account’ or ‘Register’ and follow their own instructions.
1. To find out which version of the Charge&Fuel App you have installed, tap ‘My account’ in the Charge&Fuel App’s menu and then ‘App settings’.
2. Go to Google Play or the Apple App Store to update your Charge&Fuel App.
3. Enter ‘Charge&Fuel’ in the search bar and tap the Charge&Fuel search result.
4. 4. Tap ‘Update’.
As notified directly in the Charge&Fuel App, your transactions are generally listed in the app by the next day. Please note, though, that this could take considerably longer depending on the respective provider.
To rate your transactions, make sure that you have enabled the appropriate setting in the Charge&Fuel App:
1. Open the Charge&Fuel App.
2. Tap ‘My account’ in the Charge&Fuel App’s menu.
3. Tap ‘App settings’.
4. Enable ‘Mark private and business transactions’ (the switch should turn green).
